Ready to move past the fear?

Perhaps you're longing to step into (or out of) a career but not managing to take the steps you need to?

Or not showing up as fully as you'd like to in your facilitation?

The good news is, it’s not because you’re lazy or bad or don’t have what it takes.

It’s likely a whole selection of things that have nothing to do with you as a person at all.

But… if you’d like to do something about it, you’re in luck. Because while this isn’t your fault, you CAN take back control of how it impacts your life.

If the idea of fully putting yourself out there makes your stomach turn, you're not alone.

Women have incredibly powerful and unique gifts to share that the world desperately needs – and that includes you.

But as women we’ve faced so many things (conditioning, society, expectations, oppression – the list goes on), that can make bringing those gifts into the world much harder than it is for men.

With clarity and the right tools, there is something you can do about it.

When you can see what’s at the root of it for you (nothing’s a one-size-fits-all), you’ll have something solid to work with.

You’ll get a glimpse of what it’s like to be able to Feel the fear and share it anyway in embodied experiential sessions.
